UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We want your Sorrel Splash to arrive as fresh as possible. We ship all orders via Royal Mail or DPD to ensure reliable, tracked delivery straight to your door.

Standard Orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Subscription Delivery: Your 5-bottle bundle is automatically dispatched every 3 weeks via our priority courier service.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To ensure the quality and freshness of our hibiscus and ginger blend, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

As Sorrel Splash is a perishable beverage, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." Therefore, there are no return shipping costs to worry about. If there is an issue with your order, we handle it via replacement or refund.

30 DAYS FOR QUALITY ISSUES

Your health and satisfaction are our priority. If your bottles arrive damaged, leaking, or if there is any issue with the quality of the product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because we deal with food and drink, we do not offer physical exchanges. However, if your delivery isn't right:

1. Snap a photo of the damaged or incorrect items.

2. Email us with your order number.

3. Resolution: We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
